I've started learning web coding THE RIGHT WAY for work over the past few days, and hoooooly crap it's blowing my mind. For as long as i've been making crappy bullshit websites (EIGHT YEARS!), it's amazing how much i NEVER LEARNED. Like... tables, for instance. What the fuck colspan and rowspan are. What CSS actually DOES. All this time i've mostly just changed numbers and words and... hoped that it works. I've only ever made websites for, like, pretty stuff, i couldn't be bothered to understand technical crap, yuck! HA HA HA I'M A MORON. But you know, when you pick stuff up on your own, it's a lot less likely that you'll do it the RIGHT way (and who the hell wants to STUDY for things they do for fun, eh? NOT ME!). Like how i taught myself photoshop verrrrrry sloooooooowly over the course of maaaaaany yeeeeeears. You know, for fun!

 THINGS I LOVE RIGHT NOW:

- LEGO STAR WARS. Everything should be this happy and adorable and fun.

- Evangelion! My brothers and i are rewatching the series because WOW it has been a long time since we watched it and it is still so awesome. And with the Rebuild movies just coming out it's like... dang it's so old but there's still new stuff! SWEET. Too bad it'll take forever for them to get to America. :/

- Disney movies!!!! I watched Peter Pan the other day and have a major hankering to watch Alice in Wonderland (the Cheshire Cat was always one of my faaaavorites of anything) and also, um, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, The Lion King, Cinderella, Snow White... basically every one that i ever watched??? Not The Little Mermaid because i just watched that one. It's just been so long since i relived my childhood! I used to watch those movies SO FREAKING MUCH and they're so preeeeetty.

- Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. I finally got around to watching Extras and it is brilliant. The closing credits song got stuck in my head just as much as The Office and i LOVE IT. I'm so glad they're doing a Christmas special.

- Ted Leo and the Pharmacists - Living With the Living. OF COURSE. I actually felt like i liked this album less than all the previous ones on the first listen, but upon subsequent listens (while driving in pretty sunsets! FAVORITE LISTENING CONDITIONS: CHECK) i totally love it. The bonus EP has grown on me waaay a lot, too.
