I saw Thirteen last night- wow. Really, really depressing and disturbing, but the performances were amazing. Which i pretty much knew beforehand, but still. Things like that make me never, ever, ever want to have kids.

Also, Joan of Arcadia- JOAN/ADAM!!! The last scene had me crazy giddy all over the place. That's why i watch the show. Well, and God!snark is pretty funny, too. But... Adaaaaaam. I love Adam.

Angel and Scrubs both made me cry this week- Angel completely tore me down, so i was extra vulnerable after that, i think. But dammit, how can both shows be so funny and yet so, so sad? And the Seth/Summer on The OC was, like, the best thing ever. And i like Ryan/Theresa, they've got a really easy, natural chemistry, and the girl who plays Theresa can actually act!

So, yeah. TVeeeeee.

Now i have to work some more on those assignments that are screwing me over. A lot. Sigh. Dude, school is no fun. At least i'm actually making a dent in my to-do list. I don't always procrastinate! Which is as surprising to me as it is to you, i can assure you.

Ohohohoho, it was really funny when the fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM and i had to go outside in the cold in my pajamas. What's even funnier is that i was just getting to bed, so i wasn't even asleep. What's FUCKING HILARIOUS is that i had to get up at 7:45 and didn't manage to get to sleep at all. OHOHOHO.

I watched an episode of Arrested Development last night- only the second one i've seen, but dude, funniest damn show ever. I wish that it weren't scheduled opposite Alias. Of all things! Seriously! Dudes! Come on! But, i can download it, which i've been doing with Scrubs and Friends so i'm staying caught up. Good times, good times.

I haven't really had much in the way of homework, uh, pretty much all year so far. Or at least all semester. But i just got a few assignments yesterday and today that are going to suck a lot, and when i've been doing nothing mostly every day, that's just bad. From zero to fucked in under a day! Wooooo.

I got my Lost in Translation dvd today! Ooooh goodie. Watching and capping! Even though i have a billion other things to watch and cap. Shhh.

I watched The Princess Bride tonight, and it totally made my day. I mean, dude, that's a happy-inducing movie if ever there was one. Sigh. I love it. Not to mention the Alias parallels! "Why didn't you wait for me?" "Well... you were dead." Really, now. Westley+Buttercup+Syd+Vaughn4EVA!!

Oh, and you know what book i'm reading now? Mr. Palomar. As in, the book Vaughn was reading in the last episode. Because i'm a MASSIVE NERD.

My only class tomorrow is cancelled, so i'm reeeeally feeling good. Cancelled classes are my favorite kind. Whee! I'll be sleeping in and catching up on the copious amounts of tv i need to watch. Ah. Nice.

Agh, i have this research assignment due tomorrow that i totally half-assed and technically didn't even finish, but i just couldn't find the information i needed in the time i allowed myself, so finally i just said "fuck it" and... yeah. High school flashbacks. Fun! Except NOT. I'm screwed. But, considering i almost didn't even do the assignment at all, i'm feeling pretty good that i got anything.

I finally caught up on watching the past two episodes of The OC the other day. Really don't like Oliver. Still love Seth and Summer, even though they've gone out of fashion. Luke amuses me, and Ryan brings great pity to my heart. Also, it actually just registered that i LIVE in the OC, and that amuses me greatly. Of course, i'm on the wrong coast, but still. HEH. Orange County REPRESENT.

Uh, i kind of watched the Super Bowl, but not really. It was on, but i didn't pay much attention. Survivor was weeeeeeird. I was mostly reminiscing on last year's Super Bowl, with my team winning and me actually kind of caring and then Alias! So much craziness that freaked out my entire week afterward. Sigh. Those were the days.
